For an eviction, our agent attends with the Sheriff and a locksmith. We document the attendance, confirm the status of occupants and belongings, arrange lock changes and report on property condition and any immediate safety or security issues.
Vacant possession
For vacant-possession instructions, our agent attends with a locksmith without the Sheriff. We confirm whether the property appears occupied or whether belongings remain, secure the premises and prepare a detailed report with photographs.
Follow-up and supervised access
We can arrange later vacancy or occupancy checks and supervised access for the removal of belongings, property valuations, inspections or maintenance by authorised trades. Urgent boarding and other property-security measures can also be coordinated.
