Central Victorian Mercantile was established in 2011 and changed ownership in March 2023. The business is supported by a long-standing team with substantial hands-on experience across repossessions, process serving, field work and property services.
We do not rely on inflated combined-experience claims. Our reputation is built on the standard of the work we complete today: responsive communication, sound judgement and reports clients can rely on.
A broader legacy
Carter Process Serving is now part of CVM.
In 2026, Central Victorian Mercantile acquired and incorporated Carter Process Serving, a long-established name in the industry. Existing Carter clients can continue to reach the same service through CVM, with the benefit of our broader team, systems and Australia-wide capability.

Manager Kylie Waterreus has worked in the industry since 2016 and has extensive experience both in the field and in leading CVM’s office operations. In 2026, she received the inaugural IMA Repossession Agent of the Year award.
Her focus on professionalism, integrity, safety and clear client communication shapes the standards expected across the entire business.

CVM is based at 1–2 Centreway Arcade, Queen Street, Bendigo VIC 3550. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, although an appointment is recommended if you need to meet with a particular team member.
