Photographic evidence
We provide extensive photographs and complete the client’s condition report or our own structured report. Pre-purchase inspections can also be undertaken when requested by a finance provider.
Floor plan audits
Our agents conduct on-site floor plan audits, verifying stock and recording the information required by the client. Individual assets or units are photographed only where specifically requested.
